Low Carb Diets were very popular a few years back. I know I was on them. Didn`t care to much for the bad breath and the head aches I suffered. I would often have spells feeling very faint. The low carb craze of diets were far to strict and unsustainable, and made me feel absolutely miserable.

Low Fat Diets I've been through a few of these. So called "low fat" foods that are sold in you local supermarket. These foods are typically calorie loaded and will in most cases cause you to gain weight! Labels such as "Sugar free" or "Low carb" actually contain artifical sweetners, sugar alchols and other additives that help to stimulate your cravings!

Low Calorie Diets haven`t worked. The reason I found out that I couldn`t seem to lose any weight was because your metabolism will adjust to any major drop in calories by burning fewer calories each day.

For Example...

If you try to starve yourself by suddenly eating 1,000 calories per day then your metabolism will again ADJUST ITSELF so that your body begins to burn only 1,000 calories per day. That's why you have failed in your past dieting attempts, that's why you always seem to fail when you try and starve yourself.
